top 5 yummy foods/snacks

yummy food time 



#1  guess what #1 is? yes my favorite, YOGURT! see even other people agree yogurt is yummy and healthy. now you can choose whatever flavor you would like. and no it doesn't have to be a parfait just regular yogurt will do it also. there are soo many types of yogurt out there, so many different flavors and add on's and more. now yes there are some that are considered less healthy, like the Oreo crumble vs. just a vanilla or regular yogurt. both are good but one can be considered a little more healthy for you. which is understandable. i mean if Oreo's where healthy we would be in luck ( why cant they be healthy). but if you really want the Oreo crumble than go for it. it is still amazingly yummy. and hey why not try new ones every time you go to get more. you see one that sounds interesting yet you've never tried it? go for it. 




#2 Raisins. now i'm not the biggest fan of raisins, but i am aware that they are good for you. i loveeeee grapes, and some times i eat raisins ( if they are yogurt covered) , and hey doing both is even better than one. i know allot of people who dislike raisins and i know allot of people who love them and cant understand why more people don't eat them. buts its each to there own. you love raisins? yay you are eating one more healthy thing than i am. you hate raisins? well as long as you make up for it elsewhere i still love you. another note is that there are many different types of raisins ( i have already mentioned the yogurt covered ones) so maybe you don't like one flavor, try another kind maybe you will absolutely love it. who knows. you'll never know unless you try. 





#3 beans. i think most of us know that beans are good for us. and there are so many different kinds out there. now most little kids will tell you not to eat to many because you will fart allot ( or at least my sister does all the time) now you don't have to eat just beans alone. i make bean burritos with tomatoes and other healthy items so i'm eating other healthy ingredients at the same time. i also do a stir fry with green beans because my sister loves stir fry and i can get her to eat healthy at the same time. and she doesn't even complain about the healthy veggies that i put in there. so im cooking great food and eating healthy! go me. 





#4 Fish, now i love fish. everyone in my house loves to eat fish. there are so many different things that you can do with fish. there are also so many different types of fish that you can play around with. you can do a baked fish with any number of veggies in it. you can do a fish casserole that's also awesome. now if you have a fish allergy this is not something you should eat. there are many other yummy and healthy foods out there that you can eat instead of fish. if you are going on a diet and you aren't allergic to fish then you should try and work some fish in there somewhere.




#5 nuts, nuts are healthy for you also they have vitamins and minerals and also help prevent heart disease.
some people are very allergic to nuts and get there protein and such from other places. then there are other people that just hate nuts, i don't hate nuts, but there are some nuts that i don't like, just because when i eat them they taste funny and take to long to swallow, they just get smaller. and ends up being gross after a while.  some nuts are very yummy, and go great in other foods also.
