Eating healthy isn't always fun! but it can be.

WHAT?? HEALTHY CAN BE GOOD??
Believe it or not some of my favorite foods are healthy. you wouldn't even guess that they are healthy. granola and yogurt?? yum. i would eat it all day everyday (if i could) now even if you don't have allot of money these are two things that just so happen to be very cheap. most yogurt nowadays is on sale 10/10$ which is really good. That's a yogurt a day for snack or for lunch. You can get a nice sized bag of granola for a couple bucks which isn't a bad price for something so yummy.
when should you eat healthy?
you should eat healthy all the time. the benefits are amazing. and you get to eat awesome food as you go. so why not? at least try it for a week. its always good to start out slow then gradually work your way up. even just starting with yogurt and granola is a great first step in eating healthy, granted inst not yogurt that has like chocolate chips and extra sugar, if has all that then you are defeating the purpose of eating healthy and you might as well go get McDonald's. but if it doesn't have all that stuff then good job!!
